3 General Misunderstandings about Outstaffing

Some companies still have a wrong opinion about using an outstaffing model, as there are many misunderstandings about this form of remote hiring in the marketplace. The most common misunderstandings:

1 mistake: The productivity, workflow and assignment of tasks are controlled by the third company.
Actually, it's not a true thought. All those activities are the responsibilities of the company that hires outstaffers for their projects, so you will be able to control their work. Only administration and legal obligations of the contract are the responsibility of the outstaffing company.

2 mistake: Outstaffing team is not a part of the in-house development team.
In fact, outstaffers are the same members of the team as in-house employee, only difference is the remote location. Outstaffers usually take part in online meetings, communicate with other members of your company in chats, etc. All you need to do is properly establish communication by using special tools and you won’t even notice that some members of your team are working from different locations.

3 mistake: Outstaffers work on a few different projects at the same time.
That’s absolutely wrong opinion, as in outstaffing model developers, on contary, are fully focused on one project and get a fixed salary for it. This way the results of their work are always high quality.
